Dear Dr. Lynn Tan,

Here's is the history of my problems. I had my left adrenal gland removed in 1997 due to a tumour... I was suffering from hypertension before this and many problems seem to have accumulated during this past few years. Currently, I am seeing an Endocrine Specialist every 3 months for the high aldersterone levels in my blood. Every reading is about 2400 levels. A normal person has a reading of below 600 levels. I have been keeping in shape with daily 4-5 km runs and I work out in the gym 3 times a week. I suffered severe skin problems for most of 2002. It began from my feet ,

then eventually spread over all my body.

I was plagued by the following most disagreeable symptoms, which caused

me great stress: Belching and gas, dryness in my mouth and throat, pimples with pus appeared all over hands, legs, a weight loss of 5

When I first embarked on Dr. Lynn's Detoxification and Rejuvenation Programme (DRP), I lost 10 pounds. Losing weight was really a bonus, and moreover, I felt well and healthier after undergoing the DRP. Having known the benefits of DRP, I soon followed up with my second round of DRP. Upon completion, I was truly glad to find that my backache and sinus problems were completely gone. These two problems were a constant pain and discomfort. For years, I had suffered from chronic constipation. Daily I would literally pass out pebbles! As both of my parents had died of colon cancer, I am classified under the 'high risk' category.

As I do not want to succumb to be a premature death sentence, I decided four years ago to change my lifestyle. I am very thankful to the person who introduced me to Dr. Lynn Tan's Detoxification and Rejunevation Programme [Drp] because it has change my life tremendously.

During the first three days of the DRP, I could see marvelous things happening to me. To my amazement, I was not only healed of my constipation problem but also of many other underlying problems. I also lost three kg in water retention and I felt rejuvenated.

Before I did the DRP, I would get frequent migraines. During these migraine attacks, I would see a flashes of light, distorted images followed by a terrible headache and severe vomiting. After the fifth day of the DRP, a healing reaction took place, with the migraine returning for three consecutive days. This time with only distorted images but no headache at all. Todate, I can testify that the migraine never came back again.

Before I underwent the DRP, I also had serious endometriosis which nearly caused my fertility. I would suffer from excrciating pains. Susana and I got married in September 1999. In December 1999, a medical check-up confirmed that she had ovarian cysts. In February 2000, she underwent an operation to remove her left ovary. Her doctor told us that she had only a slim chance to conceive.

In August 2002, Susana decided to undergo Dr. Lynn Tan's Detoxification & Rejunevation Programme [DRP]. Her decision to do so greatly affected our lives because in September, she confirmed pregnant by the same surgeon who had removed so much from her right ovary. July 2003 was the month of awakening for me - I was told that I had nasal pharynx carcinoma [NPC], otherwise known as nasal cavity cancer. It was like a death sentence to me. My world came tumbling down.

I sought God earnestly for wisdom, "My people are dertroyed for the lack of knowledge." - Hosea 4:6. That was all God had to say to me. I got the message loud and clear. And immediately I went in search of all the materials I could get my hands on. I listened to tapes and watched VCDs regarding the disease and read all the books available to me. I concluded that the only way to battle cancer was through nutrition and detoxification by means of coffee enemas.

Knowing what I needed to do, I went to see Stanley, a NewLife(TM) Distributor/Senior Manager. As advised by him , I underwent Dr. Lynns's Detoxification and Rejunevation Programme [DRP] for 2 weeks and follow that with the Gerson Cancer Therapy. I also added daily drinks of Essiac Tea to my programme.

The symptoms of NPC which I experienced were headaches, blocked ears, and later, blood in the sputum. As I went through the DRP, I experienced lots of healing reactions. I started having some pains in the left side of my back on only the second day, and heavy yellow and green mucus discharges both from my nose and throat. By the third day of the programme, the pain in my back dissapeared and by the fourth day, I awoke from my sleep with a very pleasant clear head which I had not experienced for a long time. My sputum, however, continued to be tainted with blood which caused me great distress. By sixth day, the bleeding stopped and my confidence in the programme just welled up within me. That was my big break!

When I awoke on the seventh day, I had great pain on the left side of my ear and both my ears were totally blocked. As I was trying to clear my throat, I felt something come out from the left passage of my ear into the throat when I coughed it out, I saw a round knob of a tissue filled with blood. The pain by my left ear remained until about 3.00 pm, but the blocked ears did not clear for another two weeks. When they did, I became symptom free and have remained so to this day. Deep inside me I know I was on the path of recovery.

I followed the Gerson Cnacer Therapy programe for the following 3 months. I had a CT Scan done in early November 2003 and it has totally cleared me of NPC. I had burst out with thanksgiving to God upon receiving the results.

I thank God for the people whom He has placed in my life, people like Sally, a very clear friend of mine and Stanley, who never failed to give me meaningful advice and practical support, and of course, Dr. Lynn Tan, who started NewLfe(TM), which helped to restore my life. Since I was pregnant with my eldest son 28 years ago, I had suffered from abdominal pain.

The use of coffee in enemas for detoxification purposes is well known. It is a common herbalogical remedy that has been suggested by holistic and alternative medicine professionals throughout many centuries.

What does coffee enema do ?

A coffee enema effectively enhances detoxification of the blood and liver in two ways. Firstly, palmitic acid found in coffee promotes the activity of the enzyme system in the liver and gut, in particular, the production of Glutathione - S - Transferase, an enzyme catalyst in the liver, which effectively detoxifies carcinogens from the bloodstream. Blood passes through the liver every 3 minutes; when the enema coffee is retained for 12 - 15 minutes, the blood is detoxified 4 -5 times as it passes through the liver.
Secondly, caffeine in the coffee acts to dilate bile ducts, which facilitates an increase in bile flow and enhances the ability of the liver to remove toxic waste products and other foreign substances from the bloodstream

Can I drink the coffee instead of taking it rectally and achieve the same benefit ?

Coffee taken orally goes through the stomach, causes digestive problems and affects the liver by shutting off the bile ducts. It is absorbed in the intestines and carried throughout the body by the bloodstream, where the caffeine acts as a stimulant. It raises blood pressure and tends to cause capillary spasms in the extremities. Can I do the Detoxification and Rejuvenation Program (DRP) without the coffee enema?

It uses 2 to 3 glasses (½ to ¾ liter) of the solution (placed 1½ - 2 feet above the body), which is just enough to fill the descending colon and barely reach into the transverse colon. To cleanse the colon, we use Herbal Klenz orally, which is very effective in removing encrustations and toxins from both the small and big intestines.

Do coffee enemas cause mineral loss resulting in electrolyte imbalance?

It is quite easy to understand that colonic irrigation can result in dehydration and electrolyte imbalance because of the constant washing away of minerals in 5 gallons of water. This imbalance, if left untreated, can cause severe side effects, possibly even death. For this reason, Dr. Max Gerson prohibited colonics because of his concern about the body's health. On the other hand, a coffee enema, as part of the DRP, does not cause electrolyte imbalance or dehydration for the following reasons:-

1. Much of the mineral absorption takes place in the small intestine, the ascending colon and the transverse colon. The amount of solution used in coffee enemas is so little that it is just enough to fill the descending colon and barely reach the transverse colon. Thus, mineral absorption is minimally affected by coffee enemas, and the risk of mineral loss and electrolyte imbalance due to the enema is minimal.

2. The coffee solution itself contains minerals (potassium) which are absorbed during the coffee enema.

3. The coffee enema in the DRP is done as part of the program in which large quantities of minerals and electrolytes are consumed through juices, apple cider vinegar, honey, Spirulina, and Super Green Foods. This further ensures that electrolyte depletion and dehydration do not occur.

Nonetheless, the application of a coffee enema must be done within the context of the full program. Proper procedures and guidelines must be followed. Overuse or abuse of the enemas can cause electrolyte imbalance or dehydration, which may be dangerous.
Caution: Always seek medical advise if uncertain; in countries where enemas are regulated under medical practice, use enemas only under your doctor'ssupervision.

Will a coffee enema affect normal bowel movements?

Coffee enemas are done primarily to enhance detoxification in the bloodstream rather than "rinsing out" the colon. The enema coffee does not travel very far in the colon and therefore will not affect normal bowel movements. - A fiber rich diet and a healthy lifestyle will ensure healthy, normal bowel movements.

Can I use any form of coffee for the enema?

The coffee must be organic and lightly roasted. The darker roast that gives the aroma does not provide as much of the desired benefits. The coffee should be a fine to medium ground. Do not use expresso. Decaffeinated and instant coffees are not suitable.

General Guide: How to Prepare Coffee (for one enema) :

Perpare 4 cups (32oz) of distilled water and 3 heap tablespoons of organic coffee in a non-aluminium pot or sauce pan.
Stir in the coffee to make sure all is mixed in the water, then bring to a boil for three minutes.
Reduce heat, cover pot or sauce pan and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from stove element and let coffee cool down to room temperature.
Strain coffee through fine sieve.
Because of the boiling process, some of the water would have evaporated, so you may *add some plain distilled water to the coffee to bring it up to four full cups. (Note: *this is optional)
